NoWords comics, warming up
Filed under: Wordless comics | by HannesJust to give you an idea about what we intend when we talk about wordless comics, we will be publishing here on this website, several short stories, made by different artists from all over the world. All of them where created for a special issue of the magazine Monipodio, and for an exhibition called NoWords Comics, held in 2006, which is the origin of the Bolzano Comics festival.
Here’s the first one, by Stefano Misesti, an Italian comic artist we appreciate very much!

Bolzano ShortFilmFestival is an international festival dedicated to short films. It's made of four competitions: Opere Nuove, for Italian shorts, NoWords for shorts without words, ShortFilmExperiment for experimental productions and Die kurze Welle, for German shorts. During the fourty years of its existence the Bolzano ShortFilmFestival has seen an incredible growth, in the last years submissions to the contests were over 1800, from all over the world.
